What type of marquees do you have for weddings?
Our range of wedding marquee includes a choice of both soft and hard wall structures to suit all tastes and budgets.  Our Italian designed soft wall marquees are exclusive to Hireall and their crisp white fabric and unique dome shaped exterior make them very popular for intimate garden wedding.  Our hard wall marquees offer real luxury and can be customised with glass walls and walkways to create a really dramatic setting.

What is the benefit of a Wedding Marquee Open Day?
The marquee wedding open is a great opportunity for brides and grooms to view a selection of marquee in sitiu and get a real feel for what their wedding will look like in terms of appearance, style and size.

For nearly all marquees wedding this is not possible and brides have to select their marquee based on drawing or pictures.  The beauty of our wedding fair is that Wedding couples will get a real feel for the size of the marquee and how it looks and feels. 

The marquee interior will be completely customised with a range of linings, carpets, table setting, lighting and bars .We will also showcasing a range of table settings with coloured linens and bespoke furniture. There will be a number of themes available reflecting many styles. Ivory, white, satin, and taffeta linens and fabrics will be showcased along with some very stylish tableware and furniture. 
It provide a great chance for wedding couples to  save themselves time and stress by picking out exactly what the need for their wedding at that show.

When would consider using a marquee?
The most popular reason for choosing a marquee wedding is that allows the bride & groom offer a truly unique wedding settings which they can design and customise to their own personal tastes. 

Also for many brides the dream of getting married at home with family and friends  is possible with a marquee. For couples looking to get married in a shorter time scale a marquee provides an ideal solution as you don’t usually have to worry about the venue being booked by someone else.

Timing – The earlier the better. If you are having it at home you will have more flexibility with time. However summertime is traditionally the peak time. If you are planning a marquee wedding in the summer of 2010 we would advise setting up and booking suppliers in early 2010 to avoid disappointment.

What are steps involved?
There are a number of steps involved in deciding on a marquee wedding. If you are looking to get married in your home or in a venue where capacity is limited a marquee may be the answer.

• Select the venue, approx dates and estimate the no of guests.  This will be influence the size and type of marquee. For example a soft wall marquee may be suitable for summer. However a hard wall marquee would be more optimal for winter but is also ideal for summer.

• Arrange meeting Marquee company. A site visit with the marquee company is very worthwhile. The marquee company will normally visit the venue to measure out the site. Once the number of guests  have been estimated they will be able to do up a drawings highlighting possible marquees options and costs.

• Arrange meeting with rental company to discuss furniture and tableware requirements.

We usually start the erection of the marquee 4-5 day  before the wedding and will deliver all the equipment to the chosen venue at the agreed time and setup as required.

The collection will normally be 1 or 2 days after the wedding depending on the wedding couples requirements.  We dismantle the marquee and clean all the  catering equipment and wash all the tableware saving so there no need to worry about the clean up the next day.
