I think most people if they're being honest would admit that 2009 wasn't their greatest year so let's put it behind us & embrace the future.
I know some of you have decided to postpone your wedding due to one of you either losing hours or in some cases losing your jobs completely and yes, it’s a very difficult thing to do. After all, it is one of the most exciting times of your respective lives but it’s not forever and your day will come! You’re familiar with the phrase “time flies” well, it does and before you know it you’ll be walking up that aisle.
There are also some of you (whom we know!) that have decided to tie the knot sooner rather than later to avail of some of the best offers from both Wedding suppliers (especially hotels) and travel agents alike with specials that we haven’t seen for some time now.
I know every season brings its own “something special”, but Spring is a regeneration of life and it’s hard to beat that. Days are already noticeably longer, buds are appearing on the trees, shoots from daffodils and tulips can be seen in the garden. No matter how down one may be feeling the sign of new life always brings a smile to your face. So, go on. At lunchtime today, go buy yourself a small bouquet of inexpensive flowers in one of the supermarkets. Put them in a prominent position either in your office or at home so every time you look at them – they’ll remind of you of better things to come and if that doesn’t make you smile, well, I guess nothing will….
Remember to keep your questions coming for our Agony Aunt and we’ll answer them as quickly as possible – watch out for yours on the homepage.
