The annulment – agreed after the Kidman family held discussions with a priest means the actress is now free to marry in a Catholic church.Although the Catholic church does not normally grant annulments to divorcees, the priest reportedly agreed that Scientologist Cruise did not“conform to the requirements of the church”.

A source close to the family has revealed the pair are now preparing tomarry, saying, “The date hasn't been set, although June or July have been mentioned as possibilities.'

However, a spokesperson for Kidman has played down the reports, stating that Kidman has not even confirmed her engagement to the Country music singer,who she was spotted enjoying a shopping spree in Nashville last week.
