The top Belfast lawyer who Britney hired to fight tabloid claims about her marriage, yesterday spoke about the case's success
Paul Tweed said it was a rare, if no unprecedented gesture, for the National Enquirer to publish a full retraction and apology.
Speaking from the Us Mr. Tweed said "We had put the Enquirer on notice regarding several false and defamatory articles regarding the state of the marriage of Britney and Kevin. We followed this up with a sucessful application to the High Court in Belfast for leave to serve a writ of summons out of the jurisdiction."
