The Black Eyed Peas singer and the Transformers actor who tied the knot in January last year at Malibu's Church Estates Vineyards renewed their vows in a private beach ceremony in Santa Barbara, followed by a scenic helicopter ride along the coast.
Josh, 37 who arranged the ceremony as a surprise for his Nine star wife said he was inspired by Heidi Klum and Seal, who have renewed their wedding vows every year of their five year marriage so far, saying Fergie loved the idea when she heard about their tradition.
The couple's marriage was struck by allegations of adultery two months ago when a stripper from Atlanta claimed to have had a fling with Josh while he was away shooting his latest movie on location, but he vehemently denied the claims.
He and Fergie have since made many public shows of solidarity including a very public New Year's Eve kiss in Miami.
