One couple took the idea of running away together to get hitched to the extreme at this years London marathon. Katie Austin and Gordon Fryer, from Romsey, ran the race in their wedding clothes and got married half way around the 26.2 mile course.
The bride wore a full length wedding dress with train and the ceremony took place in the Bridge Master's dining room on Tower Bridge. They then proceeded to completed the race.
